Strawberry Yogurt Cheesecake

16 caramel bisquits

2 tbs melted unsalted butter

2 packs cream cheese

300g Zita fantasy strawberry yogurt

3 tbs strawberry jam plus 1 tbs per glass to cover

mint leaves


In a mixer crush biscuits and when is crushed add melted butter and mix until combined.

Divide evenly between individual serving glasses (about 2 tablespoons per serving glass). Press on the mixture with your fingers or with a spoon to form a crust layer.

In a bowl add cheese cream and whisk.

Add strawberry yogurt and 3 tablespoons strawberry jam. Mix well.

Divide evenly between individual serving glasses (about 5 tablespoons per serving glass).

On top cover with strawberry marmalade with fruits or mix marmalade with frozen red fruits.

Place in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.

Add mint leaf for presentation.
